By the end of the century, the level of the Baltic Sea may rise by 60 or even 100 cm. Therefore, Gdańsk and other coastal cities will be regularly flooded during storms. In the first place, the flooding will affect the so-called the lower city, which is the lowest part of Gdańsk. The Baltic Sea will also flood other coastal, low-lying parts of the city, including Reagan Park.
