Acquiring and building hardware and software infrastructure for obtaing difitalization and hosting data resurces for eCUDO project while improving the qualifications of employees involved in the Project and its promotion.

Dissemination of information about the results of eCUDO project among the interested audience by organizing conferences and promotianl or informational meetings, and what comes with it – purchasing the basic informational and promotional material. Training and education  of the personnel involved is also part of the task.

Analysis of the legal status and diversity of all data available from different sources and systems. Assessment of data quality following oceanographic data processing standards. Designing the optimal information system for data processing in distributed systems. Designing a uniform meta-information profile for data sharing. Designing the technical data processing infrastructure (SDL) and the Central Information Sharing System.

It also includes participation in the training of system contractors in the field of methodology for creating information transfer systems, construction works (rooms adaptation for the operation of ICT systems), or purchase of software and small IT equipment supporting the development of the system design. It is also a purchase of an IT service to design a data-sharing system for wind waves. In addition, legal expertise is planned regarding the rights to dispose of data and in the scope of designing a system for providing data in the field of wind waves.

Gathering data from all the partnering institutions, transforming resources into digital form and/orconverting already digitized data into a unified format.

It is associated with the purchase of software used to ensure the compatibility of processed data, the purchase of digitization equipment, It also costs related to the harmonization, verification of quality and transformation of data into electronic data processing formats, conducting training to improve the qualifications of employees and the purchase of IT services (related to digitization registers and maintenance of the wave portal), as well as personnel costs.

Purchase and launch of data processing infrastructure elements and production of interface software modules; creating a central data storage and sharing system with a portal as an access point for system users, as well as conducting detailed tests and validation of individual software modules.

These tasks involve personal and construction expenses, or the purchase of hardware and software associated with the creation of the system, the purchase of IT services, and training to improve the qualifications of employees who manufacture and implement the system.

Integration of system elements at the local level (integration of federated systems with the local information resources of each partner), harmonization of the operation of individual federated systems and their integration with the central system, start of extraction and transmission of meta-information in real-time as well as conducting tests, validation of operation and launch of the entire system.

The implementation of the task involves expenses related to personnel costs and the purchase of software for analyzing results and preparation of reports from system tests, purchase of IT equipment facilitating system tests, and conducting training for internal employees on the use of the newly created system and for target groups using the available resources.
